Ever since she was little, she's had a natural ability to make new friends. Most likely due to the fact she is very trusting in people (something that has proven to be both a strength and a flaw in her life). No matter the number of people she meets, she cherishes everyone she considers a loved one. This little rabbit is an incredibly loyal friend. Though she isn't void of insecurities when it comes to her relationships. In the back of her mind, she always worries that she may not be good enough, despite all her efforts and affection. Her biggest dream would be to marry the love of her life, and live a happy peaceful life with all her friends and family.
On the flip side of that figurative coin, is her deepest fear of losing all her loved ones. No matter how many times her friends may be in danger and come out ok, her fears will never dull. That fear can sometimes get in the way of her performance as Sailor Moon. But for the most part, that strong desire to keep her loved ones safe, helps fuel her.
Despite being in her early teens, Usagi does have a childishness about her. It mainly manifests in her crybaby tendencies (and she knows it). But to balance that, she does possess a pure child-like joy (give her a slice of decadent cake as proof). But honestly, when push comes to shove, Usagi will step up her game in an attempt to resolve the situation. The source of her growing maturity is rooted in her transformation into Sailor Moon. Being a Guardian of Love and Justice is a big responsibility! One she was initially reluctant to accept. But she's been growing into her magical role bit by bit.
*** note: due to the point she was ported out of canon (right after the end of season 1) she has no memories of the other Sailor Scouts (Ami/Mercury, Rei/Mars, Makoto/Jupiter, Minako/Venus); Mamoru/Tuxedo Mask; or any of her exploits as Sailor Moon herself. But through the haze of being transported to a different world, her memory got a bit jump started. So upon entering this world, she's remembered she could transform into Sailor Moon and that she fought a couple "monsters of the day." This info is repeated in the permissions page as well!

Usagi's powers revolve around the magical items she's acquired. Without them, she'd be stuck as a civilian with no real means to defend or protect beyond her physical capacities.
1st magical item: Transformation Brooch - This is how she can transform into her Sailor Moon from. As a magical girl, she innately has more strength and endurance than an average human. So jumping higher, being able to take more hits, all thanks to her Sailor Moon form. On top of that, she has her tiara, which she can use as a boomerang; and the jewels on her odango-style buns, which can amplifier her voice to supersonic levels.
Usagi always keeps her Transformation Brooch on her person. Be it on the bow of her school uniform, or tucked away into a civilian outfit. While her brooch could be taken away or lost, she is the only one who can activate it.
2nd Magical Item: Moon Stick - Essentially her magical wand, which allows her to use "Moon Healing Escalation," a purifying "attack." In canon, it was used to transform people who had been turned into youma (monsters) back into their human selves. It also has the ability to form a barrier/shield bubble.
This item is something Sailor Moon can summon to her. It's also similar to her brooch in that she is the only one who can activate it. However, once the Moon Stick is present, it can be taken away and kept from her. Only once she has it back can the item disappear again until it's summoned once more.
3rd magical item: Disguise Pen - This is an item Usagi uses without her Sailor Moon form. Though called a "disguise" pen, ironically, Usagi's appearance doesn't usually drastically change. Her hair style may be different (though usually the same color) or she may appear older, but she always remains a lady with relatively the same physique. Despite this, she still somehow avoids being related to her usual school girl self.
The Disguise Pen can both be taken away and used by other people. It will provide whoever uses it with the same level of disguise as it allows its true owner.
