Warnings: None that are bad! There is just the matter of Usagi's alias, Sailor Moon. It's very obvious that they are the same person. Like… seriously girl, no one wears their hair like that but you. But even if you see Sailor Moon, she will very flustered-ly deny being a school girl named Usagi Tsukino. In the same vein, that means her ID on the communicators comes up as Usagi Tsukino, with no mention of Sailor Moon.
Medical Info: Seems to be fine and average! Maybe the only exception is for her apparent higher metabolism? Haha
Mental info: Due to the point she was ported out of canon (right after the ending of season1), she has no memories or recollection of the other Sailor Scouts (Ami/Mercury, Rei/Mars, Makoto/Jupiter, Minako/Venus); Mamoru Chiba/Tuxedo Mask; or any of her exploits as a Sailor Scout herself. Once she was brought through the porter however, her memory was jogged enough to remember she can turn into Sailor Moon and that she fought a couple "monsters of the day".
Fourth Walling: I know the Sailor Moon franchise is pretty big, even more so with the reboot and remastering... but please don't. Sorry
Physical Contact: I don't see why not?
Romance/Sexual Relations: Romance is fine! Usagi is always starry-eyed at the cute boys! But due to the fact she is most certainly underaged, I am not comfortable with any sexual relations… that would be bad news bears all around. But you wanna have a sleep over and they just cuddle or something? That's ok! Gotta keep it PG-13.
Injure/Kill: I can only expect she'd get some injuries in this game. Nothing that would maim her though, eesh! Best bets, let's chat about it. And though she definitely dies in canon a couple times and comes back each time (one way or another)… I don't want that to be the case here! Don't kill the little rabbit :<
Device Hacking: You could hack her stuff! It's not like she has the technical know-how to stop anyone. But… like… why? She won't have anything of interest. Unless you wanna know what restaurant's she's been looking up or what cute outfits she's wish-listed.
Thread-Jacking: Sure, unless it's been otherwise closed off to certain participants!
